How far are you from...?

• The ski trail leading to Deer Valley Resort is 30 feet from our door.

• Park City Mountain Resort is 10 minutes driving or 14 minutes on the free Park City Bus, which picks up 200 yards from our home.

• The Canyons Resort is 12 minutes driving, or 18 minutes on the free Park City Bus, which picks up 200 yards from our home.

• Grocery Shopping at Dan's or Albertson's (both huge supermarkets open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is 10 minutes driving.

• Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is 30 minutes driving.

When I "ski-out," where will the trail bring me?

You will arrive in front of Snow Park Lodge, where you will have a choice of getting on Carpenter, Silver Lake Express, or three different beginner chairlifts.

When I "ski back,” how do I get back home?

Go to the top of Bald Eagle Mountain via the Homestake or Carpenter Express Lift.  Ski under the bridge towards Silver Lake Lodge, turning right at the "Ski Access to Condominiums" sign.

What's the layout of the town home and the sleeping arrangement?

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, oversized 2,450 sq ft town home.  Off the foyer there is a powder room.  Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, (2 king size beds and 1 queen, all with "pillow top" mattresses) two full baths, and the private 7 person Jacuzzi.

Up from the foyer is the living room, gourmet kitchen, and a dining room that seats 8 overlooking the ski trail.

The loft is the next level up with an executive office, game table for 5, and trundle bed that sleeps 2 on twins.  For more details on our layout, please click here.

*Please note: You cannot have mail delivered to this address (in Deer Valley mail can only be delivered to a Post Office box).  However, FedEx, UPS, Airborne, etc. deliver to this address.
 

How do I get to the town home from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)?

1. Upon leaving the SLC Airport Exit head East on Interstate 80.

2. Exit I-80 at the Kimball Junction/Park City Exit #145.

3. Bear right heading southbound on UT-224.

4. Drive 6 miles south, passing through 5 traffic lights.

5. At the 6th traffic light, turn left onto Deer Valley Drive.

6. At the circle, bear slightly right (1 o'clock position) going up the hill onto Marsac Drive.

7. At the Deer Valley Snowmobiles/Stables take a very sharp left to go up “The Old Miners Road.”

8. At the top of the hill go right onto Royal Street.

9. Take the first left onto Woodland View Drive.

10. Take a right into Ridgepoint. 

11. We are at the top of the hill, past the covered parking area.
