hot tub, two large TV’s and VCR’s (with over 15 movies), a full sound system
with multi-CD player, new king and queen beds, and a whole house humidifier,
Weber barbecue, cordless phones, trundle bed, 75 gallon oversized water heater,
wood fireplace, and small local library.
Additionally, this is the perfect retreat for the busy
executive who wants to go on vacation, but not loose touch with the office. We
include a completely equipped executive home office with a dedicated fax/data
phone line, a two-line speakerphone, an HP laser printer/fax/scanner, and office
supplies. If you like to
cook, you can treat yourself to a gourmet kitchen.
If you don't feel like cooking, there are six
5 Star restaurants within ¼ mile or over 40 establishments that deliver.
Spaciousness surrounds the home’s four levels. The three
bedrooms, two full baths, lower deck, and Jacuzzi are downstairs, ensuring that
others will not disturb your sleep. The foyer and a powder room comprise the
entrance level. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen,
and upper deck. The home office, a trundle bed (sleeping two), and a game table
are located in the loft.
Finally, there are two parking spaces in the indoor garage.
