As you walk across the travertine tiled entranceway, you immediately see the living room, pool table, dining area, and kitchen.

The living room includes a 42" Plasma HD TV, Comcast On Demand DVR (digital video recorder) with premium digital cable line-up including 9 channels of HBO, Klipsch iPod "sound dock" with massive sub woofer, DVD player, gas fireplace and 2 sofas (one with a pull out queen size sofa bed with inner-spring mattress).  There are also 20+ DVD movies and 15+ music CDs.

There is a pool table in the living room that almost every guest writes about in the guest comment book about how much they enjoyed it during their relaxing evenings in Park City.

The private 7 person hot tub on your lower balcony is just spectacular!  The hot tub is accessible from just off the living room.

Dining Area

The dining area affords great views with comfortable seating for 8 people around the custom, Utah-made dining room table and chairs.  It's a great place to spread out the Sunday paper, light the fireplace, and enjoy a mug of hot coffee along with a fresh glass of orange juice.

Gourmet Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is beautiful and completely equipped.  With glistening solid granite countertops and wood flooring, it's both beautiful to look at and work in.  The kitchen includes a refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, wine refrigerator, Insta-Hot, coffee maker, Calphalon pots & pans, 4 burner gas stove, Mikasa dishes & flatware, dishwasher, trash compactor, and more.

Wine Refrigerator

There is a 12 bottle Cuisinart tabletop wine refrigerator in the kitchen.

There are 4 great barstools if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or drink, or to sit and keep your cook company while they prepare a wonderful feast!

"You really have a DVR (digital video recorder like a TiVo)?"  Yep! In the condo's living room you will find a wonderful 42" HD Plasma TV with Comcast On Demand DVR (digital video recorder) with premium digital cable line-up including 9 channels of HBO.

In the condo's executive home office there is an Apple iMac computer running OS/X and with iWork (Pages, Sheet, and Keynote) installed.  There is free high speed wireless Internet. There is also an HP color inkjet printer/fax/scanner hooked into the computer.

The condo has its own full size washer and dryer in the condo's laundry room.

The bedroom on the first floor has a pillow top queen size mattress, extremely comfortable leather chair, dressing area, flat screen LCD TV, Sony Playstation 2, and adjoining full bath with steam shower (note, this bath is also accessible from the foyer).  This is an excellent bedroom suite for anyone in your party who does not wish to climb a set of interior stairs to the second floor where our other 2 bedroom suites are located.  This bedroom is located on the walk-in level of the condo (and you take an elevator to get to our condo).

From the first floor bedroom you have a view of the balcony and ski lift.  Note the flat screen TV on the right.

The bathroom on the first floor is adjoining the first floor bedroom and has a steam shower done in gorgeous travertine tile. Please note: this bathroom is also accessible from the foyer for guests in the living room.

The master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor has a very comfortable pillow-top king size bed.

The view from the king size bed makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning (that's the ski lift you see in the distance through the blinds).  As well, you have direct access to the upper balcony.

There is a high definition flat screen television in the master bedroom along with a DVD player.

There's a spacious double sink set in tumbled Italian tile.

The full master bath includes a glass enclosed oversized shower with a great showerhead.

As well there is a very comfortable jetted Jacuzzi tub surrounded by tumbled Italian tile.

The second bedroom suite on the 2nd floor has a very comfortable king size bed with pillow-top mattress.

There is an impressive view along with upper balcony access.

There is a high definition flat screen television in the second bedroom suite along with a DVD player.

The second suite includes his & hers sinks along with an Italian tile bath and shower.

There is a combined bath and shower in the second suite's full bathroom.

There is lovely furniture on the upper balcony ready for year-round use.

The views from the upper balcony of the mountain, ski bridge, skier plaza, and ski lift are wonderful!
