Your private 7-person hot tub on the lower balcony is spectacular!  The hot tub, accessible from the living room, overlooks Main Street which makes it a great place to people watch!

The lower balcony not only has the hot tub, but also a lovely cafe-size table with seating for 2.  It makes a great place to relax over a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.  On warmer days, it's a great place to read your morning paper!

NOTE: This is a prime location for watching Park City parades such as the outstanding Fourth of July parade.

As you enter the condo you see a lovely hand-carved pine bench inviting you to take off your shoes and get ready to relax.  The "boot bench" and mirror are great when you are "coming and going" to and from skiing, dinner, night life, and awesome summer activities.

The living room includes a television, Comcast On Demand DVR (digital video recorder) with premium digital cable line-up including 9 channels of HBO, Klipsch iPod "sound dock" with massive sub woofer, DVD player, gas fireplace, Sony stereo with CD player & Bose Acoustimass speaker system, Sony Playstation 2, and sofa (with a pull out queen size sofa bed with inner spring mattress).  There are also 15+ DVD movies,  and 4 Sony Playstation games.

"You really have a DVR (digital video recorder like a TiVo)?"  Yep! In the condo's living room you will find a wonderful TV with Comcast On Demand DVR (digital video recorder) with premium digital cable line-up including 9 channels of HBO, and Sony PlayStation 2 (with 4 games included, but feel free to bring your own!).

You will find a state-of-the-art Sony receiver, combined and 5 rack DVD/CD-player.  The stereo is connected to the Bose Acoustimass speakers in the living room

Dining Area

The dining area has wonderful seating for 4, and is located just off the kitchen.  It's another great place to read the Sunday paper, light the fireplace, and enjoy a hot mug of coffee along with a fresh glass of orange juice.

Gourmet Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is beautiful and completely equipped.  With glistening solid granite countertops and wonderful wood flooring.  The kitchen includes a refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, Insta-Hot, coffee maker, stainless steel Calphalon pots & pans, 4 burner gas stove, Mikasa dishes & flatware, Henckels knives, trash compactor, dishwasher, and more.

From beautiful wine glasses to martini glasses, from gorgeous flatware to dishes, from cookware to serving pieces, no detail has been overlooked.  Rare in a "rental" condo, but here we always go the extra mile.  And, everything is in abundance -- you don't just get "4 forks and 4 knives" but plenty of settings and glasses for you, your guests, and the new friends you make while in Park City.

There is a 16 bottle Cuisinart tabletop wine refrigerator in the kitchen.

In the corner of the condo's living room there is a home office hutch/armoire (that closes over when not in use so you don't need to stare at a monitor all day) with a computer running Microsoft Windows XP.  This computer has full time high speed Internet access (which you can use for free).  There is an HP color printer/scanner hooked into the computer.

The first floor has a powder room.

The condo has its own washer & dryer "stack pack" just off of the kitchen.  Really, really helpful if you are traveling with kids!

The master bedroom suite on the 2nd floor has a very comfortable king size bed with pillow-top mattress.

You have a lovely view of Main Street from bed.  You're able to see the many beautiful and historic buildings, restaurants, ski shops, galleries, and coffee shops that make up this silver mining town that dates back to the 1800's.

There is a very comfortable love seat to sink into with a good  book.

WARNING: Love seat has enormous "suction" and has been known to lull unsuspecting guests into deep naps -- use with caution! :-)

When relaxing in bed in the morning or after a hard day "playing outside," you can enjoy the TV (with cable), and DVD player.

This rocking chair is unbelievably comfortable.  Whether you have young kids that you want to rock to sleep or you just want to "rock to relax" -- it's ready for you!

There is a spacious amount of room and double sinks set in tumbled Italian tile.  Underneath the sinks are your extra towels and hair dryer.

The full master bath includes a glass enclosed shower with a great showerhead.

As well there is a very comfortable jetted Jacuzzi tub surrounded by tumbled Italian tile.

You have plenty of closet space, wood hangers (no plastic hangers in our condos!), iron and ironing board, and a luggage holder.  Plus, we have extra pillows and blankets for you.
