Most reservations are Saturday-to-Saturday (we
sometimes can accommodate shorter stays and try to be flexible).

Daily housekeeping can be included for just $35 per day
(our cost with no mark-up) where housekeeping will provide
fresh towels, empty the trash, make the beds, tidy the bathrooms, load the
dishwasher, restock supplies, and correct any major messes.

"Mid Stay" housekeeping can be included for just $70
(our cost with no mark-up) which will include everything done in a daily housekeeping
plus all bed linens will be changed and the condo
will be vacuumed thoroughly.

There is a change-over cleaning fee charged to
the guest at cost (usually $75 to $125).
-
There is 10.4% lodging tax added to the nightly rental
rate.

There is a $1,000 security deposit.
