MyVacationhome's
compensation is tied directly to the level of income we produce
for property owners, and does not include tacked-on
expenses from
backend services. This ensures that
the property owner and MyVacationhome both focus on the same
outcome: maximizing
bookings and rental revenue.
We focus exclusively on our strengths:
maximizing occupancy and rental revenue of Deer Valley and Park
City luxury properties. For
maintenance, spa, snow removal, etc. we partner with your
existing backend property maintenance provider or refer you to
one we work with. You pay them for their expertise, and us for
ours.

We get paid only when you get paid. Our
experience shows us that the best way to make sure everyone has

Another advantage is that we also own
luxury property in Deer Valley
and Park City. In 1998
Steve and Greg purchased second homes for investment. Steve’s
home is at The Caledonian, Park City’s premier ski-in/ski-out
luxury location. Greg bought an elegant ski-in /ski-out
property in the Silver Lake section of Upper Deer Valley.
As owners ourselves, we understand a few
things. Like sometimes, others would rent out our homes at
prices we felt were just too low. And at that point, we want to
pass. That’s why we’re the first company in the area to put an
absolute floor on rental rates. Along with you we will
determine a lower limit under which we just won’t offer the
property. Forever. Ours are the premier homes in the area, and
they should be thought of and treated accordingly.
Another thing we understand is the desire
to maximize revenue. The rental income coming from the outside
property management company we were using was extremely
disappointing, thus encouraging us to take direct control of our
marketing and promotional efforts. Leveraging our combined 32
years of marketing experience we began our direct efforts, to
great success.
